For security reason, a Bluetooth device will not automatically 'finds' its companion and pair with it. It is necessary to ensure you have perform the pairing process correctly, before you can use the Bluetooth Device.

Here is the guide about how to pair Motorola H710 with your cell phone:

1. Open the boom mic, and wait until the light is BLUE and in Steady mode (no blink)
2. Now, get your cell phone to search for new Bluetooth device/headset.
3. Select the headset (Motorola H710) from the list. If it ask for a passcode, enter '0000' (4-digits Numeric Zero), to pair with the headset.
4. The headset will flashes a few times in Blue, then flashing slowly at 5-6 seconds interval, means the pairing is successfully.

NOTE: On Step 3, if you do not know how to access to the Bluetooth Menu, please consult the cell phone's user manual.

'What if I want to pair the headset with a different cell phone?':
1. Make sure the original cell phone that has bonding with Motorola H710, is turn off. You may simply turn off the Bluetooth signal on that cell phone.
2. Open the boom mic. Because the H710 cannot find its original companion (the previous cell phone), it will turn to Steady Blue light.
3. Now, get your cell phone to search for new Bluetooth device/headset.
4. Select the headset (Motorola H710) from the list. If it ask for a passcode, enter '0000' (4-digits Numeric Zero), to pair with the headset.
5. The headset will flashes a few times in Blue, then flashing slowly at 5-6 seconds interval, means the pairing is successfully.

Please submit a support ticket if you have further question about the headset.
