Return Policy

30 Days Return Policy (for most products)
Under this policy, you may return to SF Planet, within the applicable return policy period, products that you purchased directly from SF Planet for a credit or a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling and applicable restocking fees.

Return in 3 Easy Steps:
1. Obtain RMA # from SF Planet
2. Send back the return to SF Planet
3. Receive refund or replacement from SF Planet


Step 1: Obtain RMA #
Please submit a new ticket to request RMA #. Please provided details as below:
Order #:
Product SKU:
Reason of return:
Preferred action: Refund / Replacement/ Exchange to other item
We will reply and provide RMA # to you. Please allow 24-36 hours to expect the reply. If you do not receive our email within 2 business days, please check your junk mail / spam mail folder.


STEP 2: Send back the return:
Please package the return item carefully as we are not responsible for any damages that may occur when you ship it back. All return packages should send to below address with RMA number included in the package:

STEP 3: Receive refund or replacement
Replacement:
We usually process and send replacement within 3 business days from the day we receive your package. All replacement will be sent out using standard shipping. Please allow 5-7 shipping days for final delivery.
Refund:
Refund will be given in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 5 to 7 business days of receipt of the return package.


Return/Exchange Policy:
- All returns or exchanges are subject to approval.
- Calculating refund:
~ Item(s) in its original condition, in new packaging: Full product price will be refunded.
~ Any item that is opened: 15% - 25% restocking fee depending on the item condition.
~ Any item that is used, is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error: up to 50% of item's price.
- Items that are open and over 14 days from date of delivery, is eligible for exchanging to same item only.
- Shipping, handling, and transaction fees are not refundable except if the return / exchange is a result of our error.


Defective Item:
* If the item is defective within the first 30 days of order (from date of purchase), we will send replacement at no extra cost for customer. Please contact us for more details.
* Selected items are to replaced by the manufacturer; please contact the respective manufacturer for warranty information.


Item(s) that are non-returnable:
* Items with Software/CD
* Used screen protector (we will gladly provide replacement if the item is received damaged)
* All Bluetooth headsets, corded headsets and earphone. These are hygienic specific item, and the manufacturers no longer restock them due to hygienic issues. We will accept return if the items are originally in bulk-packaging.
